Bubble

Marisa Miller is in nice shape, so it is only pure that the Victoria's Secret/Sports Illustrated swimsuit magnificence would grace the quilt of the new Shape journal -- for the eighth time -- on newsstands January 24.

"They called me 'bubble butt' -- however I'm over it!" Marisa tells the health magazine, explaining that she and a pal in high school "refused to do squats at volleyball follow because we did not want [our butts] to get any bigger."


As of late, Marisa says she works exhausting to tone her tush: "Muscle starts to vanish as you age, I've discovered. I like my butt and want to be certain it stays where it is. I used to be just speaking to that same good friend and we have been laughing because now all we wish to do is a lot of squats to keep our rear ends curvy and feeling strong."

That exercise includes jumping rope for 15-20 minutes, three-minute rounds hitting the heavy bag or her trainer's mitts with one-minute breaks, and five units of 30-forty squats.


As for that wild facet, Marisa reveals that she hops on her motorbike in Santa Cruz, CA.


"Being outside in nature is so liberating for me," she says. "And whenever I actually focus on something -- whether it’s surfing, biking, or cooking - that is how I de-stress. However I also love the challenge. Riding my bike builds my shallowness and confidence."
